Privacy policy
This describes how we actually handle your information today. It is being reviewed by our attorney and the wording may change. If anything here matters to your decision, call (844) 655-1903 and ask.
What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name, phone number, property address, mortgage servicer, and anything you tell us about your situation. Call recordings and call metadata when you phone us, which we use for quality and training.
When you submit the form we also record where you came from and some technical details about the visit: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you first arrived on, the website or search engine that sent you, and any tracking codes in the link you clicked — for example the code Google adds to an ad click, or the code printed on a letter we mailed you. We keep that alongside your inquiry so we know which of our own efforts reached you.
We do not use any of it to follow you around other websites, and we have turned off the advertising features in our analytics that would allow that. If you would rather we did not keep it, call (844) 655-1903 and we will remove it.
What we do with it
We use it to contact you about your situation and to research the public record on your property. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed.
Calls and messages
By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by telling us, or by replying STOP to a text.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you at any time. Call (844) 655-1903. We will confirm when it is done.
